Shipping and Returns
We offer same-day delivery in London, as well as next-day and scheduled delivery in London, 7 days a week. Please note that we do not provide nationwide delivery service at the moment, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Our standard delivery fee for same-day and next-day deliveries after cut-off times in London ranges from £20 to £35, depending on the location (learn more in the 'Same Day Delivery in London' section below).

We partner with third-party courier for local deliveries within London.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee or specify a time slot for your delivery. If no one is at home, a delivery note will be left to indicate whether your order was left with a neighbor or in a safe place at the delivery address.
Same Day delivery in London
Please order online before 10 AM on weekdays and 11 AM on weekends to receive your order the same day. For same-day delivery, we can only supply the Gardeny bouquet.
Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept "don't like" returns of any fresh flower arrangement. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order or your flowers are damaged in transit, please contact us at info@boysetberry.com within 24 hours of receiving your flowers. Please include proof with pictures and your order number.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This excludes fresh flowers, plants, and discounted items, which cannot be returned. If there is a problem with your flowers, we require notification within 24 hours of receipt, along with proof (including pictures) to allow us to investigate.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Shipping and Returns
By placing your wedding flowers order with us, you thereby agree to the following terms and conditions:
- A full refund will only be accepted up to 14 days prior to the date of delivery. Any cancellations made after 14 days will be charged in full.
- Changes and additions to your order can be made up to 3 days prior to the date of delivery. Any additional items must be placed through the website.
- Postponements will only be accepted up to 14 days prior to the date of delivery. Once postponed, cancellations will not be accepted, and therefore no refunds will be issued. Postponed weddings can only be postponed further.
- We recommend having your bridal bouquet delivered one day earlier if your wedding is in the early morning. Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for any flowers delivered more than 24 hours prior to the wedding.
- If there are any issues with your flowers upon arrival, we must be notified immediately in order to address the situation accordingly. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for any issues that we are notified about after the wedding day.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@boysetberry.com and return your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Workshops
If you have purchased a workshop ticket, we are unable to issue refunds within 14 days of the event. Please email info@boysetberry.com to inform us.
Your workshop ticket cannot be transferred to another person. If you are unable to attend the workshop, your flowers will be sent to your house, and you will be responsible for the delivery charge.
