Shipping and Delivery
At boys et berry, we pride ourselves on delivering a seamless and elegant floral experience. We offer same-day delivery across London, as well as next-day and scheduled delivery services available every day of the week. Please note, we currently do not provide nationwide delivery and apologise for any inconvenience.

Delivery Fees
Our standard delivery charge for same-day and next-day services in London ranges from £15 to £35, depending on your location. For full details, please refer to our ‘Same Day Delivery in London’ section below. We partner with trusted couriers experienced in handling delicate floral arrangements to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
Delivery Information
While we aim for prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee precise time slots. If no one is available at the delivery address, a note will be left instructing whether your flowers have been left securely or with a neighbour.
Same-Day Delivery in London
To take advantage of our same-day delivery, please place your order online by 3 PM on weekdays or 2 PM on weekends. Currently, same-day delivery is available for our Gardeny bouquet only.
Returns Policy
As fresh flowers are highly perishable, we are unable to accept returns on floral arrangements. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@boysetberry.com, including your order number and photographic evidence so we can promptly investigate. For non-perishable items purchased from us (excluding fresh flowers, dry flowers, plants, and discounted products), you have the right to return them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in the original condition and packaging.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging intact.
Refunds
Once returned items (where eligible) are received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding your refund status. Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within a specified number of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Workshops
If you have purchased a workshop ticket, we are unable to issue refunds within 14 days of the event. Please email info@boysetberry.com to inform us.
Your workshop ticket cannot be transferred to another person. If you are unable to attend the workshop, your flowers will be sent to your house, and you will be responsible for the delivery charge.
